Job Placement Rates:

  • 64.3% of students enrolled in career-related (occupational) programs during academic year 2019-20 who graduated or no longer enrolled in any CTE programs during academic year 2020-21 reported being employed 6 months after they graduated or left.
    • 62.2% from career-related (occupational) associate programs
    • 70.1% from career-related (occupational) certificate or certificate of achievement programs

Job Placement Rate = Number of graduates/leavers who reported being employed / (Total number of graduates/leavers responding to employment status question - Number of graduates who reported they were not employed but they were not looking for employment) 

Completion/Graduation And Transfer Rates

Oakland Community College must make available, on an annual basis, the completion/graduation and transfer rates of certificate-or-degree-seeking, first-time, full-time undergraduate students. The data are to be available by July 1 of each year for the most recent cohort that has had 150% of normal time for completion by August 31 of the prior year.

For the most recent cohort, the students who began their studies in Fall 2018, the completion/graduation rate within 150% time of normal time is 14.9%, and the transfer rate within 150% of normal time is 26.4%.
