Seasoned Oak
Perched on the 3rd floor of E Building inside the Culinary Studies Institute Building, Seasoned Oak features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of downtown Royal Oak’s lively dining and cultural scene. This 2,372-square-foot restaurant and cafe serves as both a teaching space and a dining destination, where OCC culinary students craft and present fine-dining dishes under the guidance of professional chefs.

Seasoned Oak Restaurant
Patrons select one of three entrees from our classical prix fixe menu. You can also pair with a glass of wine or beer from our full bar. Seating is available by reservation only. The cost per person is $22.
