Policy Statement
In order to provide a comprehensive program of study for Culinary Arts students, the use of alcoholic beverages may be permitted when judged by the Administration to be appropriate based on the aims and objectives of the Culinary Arts program.
The College will secure the necessary licenses from the Liquor Control Commission and limit its application to the Culinary Arts Program unless otherwise authorized by the Chancellor or the Chancellor’s designee.
