Where students prepare items from scratch. Menu items include salads, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts for a well-balanced meal.

    Tender beef brisket with queso fresco, avocado, lime sour cream, and pickled onions wrapped in corn tortillas, refried beans and arroz a la Mexicana
  • Seared Red Snapper | 11
    Citrus herb marinated red snapper, broccolini and fennel sauté, herbed farro, and carrot puree with basil pistou

    A rich vanilla bean custard topped with crunchy brown sugar crust served with fresh berries
